摘要
论文基于自组织理论的全新视角,提出高校利益相关者共同治理模式的概念,并进一步分析高校利益相关者共同治理的内涵和特征,研究高校共同治理模式及其参与机制。论文最后提出高校行政管理者、政府教育部门和教授学术团体共同协商治理的有效机制,即公办高校在"去行政化"与"去功利性"的双重框架下主动构建公办高校共同治理模式。
A new concept of stakeholders-governance model in university was defined based on the theory of self-organization. In stakeholders research we introduced new perspective to analyze the connotation and characteristics of university stakeholders in governance as well as co-governance model and participation mechanisms. On this basis, we proposed effective mechanisms of governance including these persons from college administrations, government education departments and aca- demic organizations who worked together and consulted in this study. Based on dual framework to o- vercome the administrative and utilitarian we constructed two types of body constituted by the council and the board of supervisors for co-governance.
