摘要目的观察单硝酸异山梨酯缓释胶囊(艾司莫)联合替米沙坦治疗慢性心力衰竭(CHF)的临床疗效。方法将62例CHF患者按入院时间分为对照组与观察组各31例。两组均予常规治疗加艾司莫,观察组加用替米沙坦;两组疗程均为12周。结果两组治疗前心功能指标水平接近,差异无统计学意义;治疗后观察组心功能指标及临床疗效均好于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论在常规治疗基础上加用艾司莫与替米沙坦药治疗C H F较传统治疗单加艾司莫存在明显优势。
