一株含盐污水降解菌的分离鉴定及其降解特性研究

摘要 从塘沽海滩泥样中分离筛选出1株海洋细菌,标记为NY0935,该菌株对含盐污水中有机物有较好的去除效果.通过形态特征、生理生化特征和16S rDNA序列分析,鉴定该菌株为卓贝尔氏菌属(Zobellella sp.).将菌株NY0935投入到大生活用海水中,在温度为25~37℃、pH值为6.0~10.0、NaCl浓度为0~6%的条件下,菌株可以正常生长,且对COD保持较好的去除效果.当培养条件为37℃、摇床转速为160 r·min-1时,菌株NY0935在大生活用海 水中培养48 h后对COD去除率达到75.99%. A salt-tolerant bacterial strain named NY0935 was isolated from a soil sample which was collected from Tanggu,China.The strain NY0935 was identified as Zobellella sp.by analysis of morphological features,physiological and biochemical characteristics,as well as phylogenetic analysis of 16S rDNA sequences.There was little effect on the growth of strain NY0935 under the culture conditions of 25~37 ℃,pH value of 6.0~10.0 and NaCl concentration of 0~6%.The COD removal rate was 75.99% when the strain NY0935 was cultured in the seawater for routine life for 48 h under the conditions of 37 ℃ and 160 r · min-1.
