摘要
本文介绍了一种基于频率—电压转换方法并用可变窄带选择器进行信号处理的薄壁管自动检测系统。由于选择了适当的频率,并且电子线路具有函数变换能力,在其装置的输出端得到了与标样管等级成线性关系的指示值,根据用曲线自动拟合与多元回归分析和最小二乘法得到大量实验数据结果,得出了仪器输出指示值按标样管等级的回归方程。文章讨论了影响厚度测量精度的主要因素,用这一系统装置还可探测出某些其他类别的缺陷。
A signal automatic thickness measuring system based on variable frequency-voltage transmission method is described. A linear dependence between the output indication of the electronic device and the thickness of specimens results from a proper choice of frequency and the functional transformation capability of the electronic circuit. A regression equation for the output indication of the electronic device depending on specimen has ,been deduced from analysing the experimental results by auto-fitting of curve and multiple regression and the least square method. The main factor influencing the accuracy of thickness measurement are discussed. Some sorts of flaws can be tested by this system.
