缺血性卒中与胰岛素抵抗及相关因素关系的分析及干预

摘要 目的探讨胰岛素抵抗及相关因素与急性缺血性卒中的关系,正确评价胰岛素抵抗对脑梗死发生的影响及干预措施。方法对急性缺血性卒中及对照组患者,通过检测空腹血糖和胰岛素水平,评价胰岛素抵抗情况。结果胰岛素抵抗作为一个新的可治疗的危险因素,在脑梗死患者中普遍存在。结论胰岛素抵抗是糖尿病、高血压、肥胖症、动脉硬化等代谢综合征疾病代谢紊乱的基础,在脑梗死患者中普遍存在。通过对胰岛素抵抗的控制,可降低缺血性卒中的发病率。 Objective To study insulin resistance and related factors and the relationship of acute is- chemic stroke, the correct evaluation of the effect of insulin resistance in cerebral infarction and interventions. Methods Straight into the group of patients with acute ischemic stroke and the control group, fasting blood sugar and insulin levels through testing, evaluation of insulin resistance. Results Insulin resistance as a new treatable risk factor, is common in patients with cerebral infarction. Conclusion Insulin resistance is diabe- tes, hypertension, obesity, atherosclerosis and other metabolic disorder disease, metabolic syndrome is common in patients with cerebral infarction. Through the control of insulin resistance, can reduce the incidence of ische- mic stroke.
