摘要
结合当前我国建筑行业项目管理的时代背景和行业背景,阐述了建筑工程项目管理的意义,分析了当前建筑工程项目管理的特点,指出了在资金流转、管理模式、安全管理、成本管理、管理素质和能力等方面存在的问题,对新时期建筑企业在项目管理中的质量管理、安全管理和成本管理等方面,提出了创新性思考和可行性建议。
Combining with the current era background and industry background of project management in architectural indus- try, the paper was expounded significance of project management of architectural engineering, and analyzed the characteristics of the current project management of architectural engineering. Then, the paper was pointed out existing problems in cash flow, management model, security management, cost management, management quality and ability. Finally, the paper was put forward innovative thinking and feasible suggestions for architectural enterprises in aspects of quality management, safety man- agement and cost management.
