摘要
基于南京邮电大学"中国大学生学习性投入调查"的数据,分析了该校学生在学习上的极度自我挑战指标(参加学术竞赛、参加教师科研课题等)与部分"985工程"高校、"211工程"高校及其他地方高校的差异,并利用SPSS软件对该指标进行了相关分析。在此基础上结合多年的实践,选取部分学生进行案例分析,探究了影响学生进行学习上的极度自我挑战的主要因素,并从一般意义上剖析了高校创新型人才培养途径。
Based on the data of "National Survey of Student Engagement" (NSSE) from Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications, this article analyzes the students' extreme self challenging study attitude index in academic competitions, teachers' research projects, etc. Meanwhile, it is compared with the data from some "985" and "211" universities by using correlation analysis with SPSS software. Combining these data with many years' practice of the university on this index, with selected case studies on the students, factors affecting this index are thoroughly researched, and finally suggestions on how to develop high quality innovative talents for colleges and universities are provided.
