摘要
水电厂的运行管理,既包括运行单位对枢纽工程的调度运行和安全管理,也包括对水库及其资源、以及上下游生态等影响的管理。文章简要概述了水电厂运行管理体制的演变,研究了水电厂运行期综合管理的范围、内容,对水电厂综合管理适用体制进行了初步探究。
Abstract ： The operation management of hydropower plant includes dispatching operation and safety management of the project by operator as well as the management of influences to reservoir, reservoir resources and both upstream and downstream impacts by the project. In this paper, evolvement of the operation and management system of the hydropower plant is briefed, scope and contents of the general man agement of the plant in operation period are studied, and the applicable system of the general management of the hydropower plant is pri marily explored.
