烟酰胺凝胶联合2%氢醌乳膏治疗黄褐斑临床疗效观察 被引量：5

摘要 目的观察烟酰胺凝胶与2%氢醌乳膏治疗黄褐斑的临床疗效。方法治疗组76例外搽烟酰胺凝胶,2次/d,晚上临睡前外搽2%氢醌乳膏;对照组50例,采用0.05%维A霜外搽,1次/晚,两组均以12周为1个疗程,治疗结束后,根据治疗前后皮损颜色变化进行评分、判断疗效。结果治疗组有效率达85.53%,与对照组(60.00%)比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论烟酰胺凝胶联合2%氢醌乳膏治疗黄褐斑临床疗效满意。
