钛酸钙生物材料的安全性毒理学实验

摘要 目的:评价钛酸钙生物材料的生物安全性。方法:经6 h/120℃水热合成技术制备分别以聚乙二醇、十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)、枸橼酸钠为修饰剂的钛酸钙。采用遗传毒性实验(小鼠骨髓微核实验)和小鼠体外溶血实验检测钛酸钙及其经过修饰后形成的生物材料的安全性和生物相容性。结果:针对钛酸钙的小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核实验结果显示骨髓细胞微核率均在4‰以下,体外溶血实验结果显示溶血率均<5%。结论:在本次实验条件下,该聚乙二醇、十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)、枸橼酸钠为修饰剂和无修饰剂钛酸钙生物材料未显示有致突变性和溶血现象。 Objective: To evaluate the biological safety of calcium titanate biological materials.Methods: Using genetic toxicity test(mouse bone marrow nuclear test) and mice hemolysis test in vitro to evaluate the biological safety and biological compatibility of the biological materials,calcium titanate,which was prepared by hydrothermal synthesis technique at 120 ℃ for 6 h with the modifier such as polyethylene glycol,sixteen alkyl three methyl bromide(CTAB),and sodium citrate.Results: The results of mouse bone marrow micronucleus test were 4‰ and hemolytic rate was 5%.Conclusion: Under this experimental condition,calcium titanate biological materials modified by the polyethylene glycol,sixteen alkyl three methyl bromide,sodium citrate and showed nothing were toxic and had no mutagenicity and hemolysis.
