摘要
目的通过对宜宾市亚硝酸盐食物中毒发生状况进行分析,为探讨预防控制对策提供依据。方法根据2005-2012年全市各级疾病预防控制中心提交的食物中毒调查报告,运用常规卫生统计学方法进行分析。结果夏季中毒较常见,农村的中毒起数多于城市,农村家庭和集体食堂误将亚硝酸盐作食盐、卤制烧腊肉食品过量使用亚硝酸盐等,应成为防控的重点。结论亚硝酸盐食物中毒呈现上升趋势,应采取综合措施加大宣传教育和执法监督管理的力度,降低中毒发生率。
Objective To analyze the epidemic status of nitrite poisoning in Yibin city in order to provide basis for formulating prevention control measures. Methods Data of food poisoning cases were collected from survey reports delivered by all levels of CDCs in the city during 2005-2012,and statistical analysis was conducted. Results Food poisoning is more prevalent in summer. Food poisoning incidences mainly occurred in mistakenly usage of nitrite as salt in household or canteens,and overdose usage of nitrite for marinating or roasting meat,which deserve more preventing efforts.Conclusion Nitrite poisoning is on a rising trend,and thus comprehensive measures including health education and law-enforcing supervision should be strengthened.
