摘要
目的探讨某重型装备加工技改项目能否达到预期的职业病危害控制效果。方法主要采用现场调查法、检测检验法、定量分析法和检查表法相结合的方法进行综合评价。结果该项目存在粉尘、锰、苯、甲苯、二甲苯、噪声、电焊弧光等职业病危害因素,经检测粉尘、电焊弧光合格率100%,噪声合格率85.7%,锰合格率66.7%,苯及苯系物合格率85.2%。结论该项目建设可行,但部分作业场所仍需加强防护措施。
Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of control measures of occupational hazards in a technical upgrading project of heavy equipment manufacturing. Methods Comprehensive assessment measures including field investigation,inspection,quantitative analysis and check list were all adopted for evaluating. Results The occupational hazard factors of the project included dust,manganese,benzene,toluene,xylene,noise and welding arc light. The qualified rate of dust,welding arc light both reached 100%,and the qualified rate of noise,manganese,benzene and benzene series qualified rate were respectively 85. 7%,66. 7% and 85. 2%. Conclusion The project is feasible regarding the occupational hazards,yet for some workplaces the protective measures still needs to be strengthened.
