随着网络时代的发展,电子商务被普遍运用,为了帮助企业管理层寻找到一套行之有效的方法,有效运用并开展电子商务,提出三级层次的管理模式,即因特网策略应用模式(SIAM)、顾客互动循环模式(CIC)、四环优化漏斗模式(ADOF),深入探讨公司如何利用互联网合理高效地进行商务运营。
With intemet age marching forward, there is widespread use of e-commerce. In the attempt to find a set of effective measures for corporate management to effectively use e-commerce, this paper puts forward three levels management model that is the internet strategy application model (SIAM), customer interaction cycle model (CIC), the four optimized fun- nel model (ADOF), and explores in depth how to use internet to rationally and efficiently operate business.
