Exosomes在肿瘤发展与转移中的研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 生物物质的跨膜转运是一个进化上保守的过程,也是维持正常细胞内环境稳定的重要部分。外泌体(Exosomes)是一种小囊泡,含有丰富的蛋白质、mRNA、miRNA等生物分子,可在细胞之间转运并介导细胞间物质与信息的传递,从而影响细胞的生理功能。研究显示,Exosomes主要通过介导物质转运影响肿瘤相关途径,如缺氧介导的上皮间质转化(epithelial-mesenchymal transition,EMT)、血管生成以及肿瘤转移参与调节肿瘤微环境。现对Exosomes的生物学功能及其在肿瘤发展、转移中的新进展作一综述。
