摘要
基于PXI总线的FAD-1风洞风机控制系统,采用嵌入式PXI控制器和高性能PXI测量控制设备,提高了系统的可靠性和控制精度,上位机使用Profibus-DP通信卡直接与交流调速装置通信,提高了系统的可靠性和转速控制精度。采用安全连锁、抗干扰、系统优化等技术提高了系统安全性和测量精度。这些设计思想和调试方法对其他风洞风机控制系统同样有实用意义。
The embedded PXI controller and high performance PXI measurement control equipment are used in the FAD-1 wind tunnel fan control system based on PXI bus,the system reliability and control accuracy are improved.The host computer is communicated directly with AC speed control device by using Profibus-DP communication card,the system reliability and speed control accuracy are imporoved.Using the security chain,anti-jamming and system optimization technologies,the system security and accuracy are improved.These design ideas and debugging methods also have practical significance in other wind tunnel fan control system.
