摘要
以甲氧基聚乙二醇丙烯酸酯(MPEGA)和甲基丙烯酸二甲氨基乙酯(DMAEMA)为单体,偶氮二异丁腈(AIBN)为引发剂,采用反相微乳液法合成了一种疏水缔合型共聚物P(MPEGA-DMAEMA)。采用FT-IR、1 H NMR、GPC手段对合成的共聚物进行结构表征,并评价了其水溶液性能。结果表明,合成的共聚物P(MPEGA-DMAEMA)具有较好的耐盐性;其水溶液表观黏度随剪切速率的增加急剧下降,呈现出假塑性流体的特点,剪切作用恢复后,表观黏度回升;共聚物质量分数一定时,其水溶液表观黏度随其中的表面活性剂十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)质量分数的增加急剧下降。
By using N,N-dimethylaminoethyl methacrylate (DMAEMA) and methoxy polyethylene glycol acrylate (MPEGA) as raw materials, hydrophobically associating copolymer P(MPEGA-DMAEMA) was synthesized by inverse emulsion polymerization. The structure of synthesized P(MPEGA-DMAEMA) was characterized by FT-IR,1H NMR and GPC, and its solution properties were evaluated. The results showed that P(MPEGA-DMAEMA) had better salt-resistant capacity. The apparent viscosity of P(MPEGA-DMAEMA) aqueous solution decreased sharply with the increase of shear rate, showing a pseudoplastic fluid character, which would rise under recovering shearing action. The apparent viscosity of P(MPEGA-DMAEMA) aqueous solution declined with the increase of mass fraction of sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) when the mass fraction of copolymer was kept unchanged.
