摘要
使用共混聚醚酰胺嵌段共聚物来制备永久抗静电型聚甲醛(POM)。通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、差示扫描量热分析仪(DSC)等方法对材料的结构及性能进行了表征及测试。结果表明,当聚醚酰胺嵌段共聚物的质量分数为7%时,POM表面电阻率为1012Ω,体积电阻率为1011Ω·cm,具有很好的抗静电效果。SEM研究表明,聚醚酰胺嵌段共聚物在POM中分散均匀。永久抗静电POM与普通POM相比,前者的拉伸和弯曲强度都有所降低,缺口冲击强度大幅提升。
In this paper, the permanent antistatic polyoxymethylene (POM) was prepared by introducing block copolymer of polyether amide. The structure and property of the material were characterized by SEM and DSC. Results showed when the content of block copolymer of polyether amide was 7% , the surface resistivity of the POM was 1012 Ω, and its volume resistivity was 1011Ω cm, having a good antistatic effect. SEM showed that block copolymer of polyether amide was well-distributed in polyoxymethylene matrix. The mechanical properties of permanent antistatic POM were also compared with POM, their tensile and flexural strength were reduced slightly, while their notched impact strength was increased dramatically.
