摘要
目的了解怀远县中学生艾滋病健康教育现况,评价健康教育效果。方法通过整群抽样,采取面对面问卷调查,将2012年调查结果与2009年基线比较分析。结果 2012年初中组和高中组艾滋病知识知晓率分别为65.25%和88.50%,较2009年均有显著提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);初中组艾滋病知识来源主要依赖传统方式,高中组干预前后知识来源渠道呈现多样性。结论怀远县中学生艾滋病健康教育效果明显,但距离十二五规划目标仍有较大差距,需要探索适应中学生心理特点的健康教育模式。
Objective To investigate HIV/AIDS education among middle school students, and evaluate the results of health educa- tion in order to provide scientific evidences for future intervention. Methods By cluster sampling method, each student was investigated face - to -face by the uniform questionnaire. The results of the survey in 2012 were compared with those from the baseline data in 2009. Results In 2012, the percentage of junior and senior school students aware of knowledge about HIV/AIDS was 65.3% and 88.5% , respectively, which had statistically significant difference compared to the result of 2009 ( P 〈 0.05 ). For HIV/AIDS knowledge sources, junior school students mainly depended on traditional ways, and for senior high school students, they showed diversity before and after the intervention. Conclusion The intervention effect of HIV/AIDS health education among middle school students is obvious in Huaiyuan, but the levels of knowledge are significantly different compared to the Twelfth Five -Year Guideline. It is necessary to explore new health education modes adapting to the mental characteristics of middle school students.
