Teaching Effect of General Practitioners Job-transfer Training in Yunnan Province

摘要 目的了解全科医生转岗培训教学效果的状况,为以后完善培训提供参考。方法立意抽样云南省六个州市,对参加2012年云南省第二期全科医生转岗培训的173名学员进行匿名式问卷调查。调查内容主要包括学员对培训内容的评价、学员认为最需要加强的培训内容、学员对培训材料和《考核手册》的评价、学员对整个教学管理过程的评价。结果约50%的学员认为培训内容与实际工作需要"基本符合",没有认为"完全不符合"的学员。77%以上的学员认为培训最需要加强的培训内容是临床技能,不同工作单位、职称学员对最需要加强的培训内容的评价间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。43%以上的学员对培训过程中所使用的培训材料和《考核手册》"基本满意",不同职称学员对培训材料的评价间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),不同学历学员对《考核手册》的评价间差异亦有统计学意义(P<0.05)。约44%的学员认为整个教学过程"比较满意",不同学历、职称学员对教学管理过程的评价间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论培训能够按计划进行,但仍需因地制宜开展教学,加强临床技能培训,提供适宜的教材和材料,加强教学过程管理,提高培训质量。 Objective To understand the teaching effect of general practitioners job - transfer training in Yunnan prov- ince. Methods Six cities (states) were selected through purposive sampling in Yunnan Province, and 173 students who partici- pated in the second general practitioners job - transfer training in 2012 were recruited through cluster sampling~ All of them filled in a questionnaire anonymously which covered their opinions on the training content, training material and evaluation manual, the whole training process, and the aspects of training in need of further improvement. Results The results showed that 50% of students thought the training fitted their actual work well; 77% of them thought that clinical skill was the top to be strengthened in the lxaining, and there was significant difference in the opinion on the aspects in need of further improvement between groups in different work units and with professional tides (P 〈0. 05 ) ; 43% of students felt satisfied with the training materials and exami- nation manual of the training, respectively, and significant difference was noted in the former variable among groups with different professional tides and in the latter variable among groups with different education levels ( P 〈0. 05 ) ; 44% of students were satisfied with the whole training process, and there was significant difference in this variable between groups with different professional tides and difference education levels (P 〈 O. 05 ) . Conclusion Besides following the training plans, the training should be carried out based on the local conditions, emphasize more on the clinical skills, provide appropriate textbooks and teaching materials, strengthen the teaching process management, and improve the quahty of training.
