摘要
社会经济的发展和电子治理时代的到来,对政府的行政效率提出更新和更高的要求。当前,电子政务投入需求越来越大,地方政府在运用电子政务提升行政效率方面做出了较大努力并取得了一定成效。但电子政务仍然存在许多不容忽视的问题,本文通过对制约和影响电子政务提升行政效率的主要因素进行深入分析,提出完善电子政务及提升政府行政效率的对策建议。
The socio- economic development and egovernance era, the government＇s administrative efficiency and higher requirements for renewal. Currently, the growing demand for e - government investment, local governments in the use of egovernment to enhance administrative efficiency has made great efforts and achieved some success. But there are still many e - government can not be ignored, this paper through the constraints and impact of e - government to enhance the administrative efficiency of the main factors in--depth analysis, put forward a sound e-government and increase administrative efficiency of countermeasures and proposals.
