摘要
总结对63例宫颈癌患者运用细节护理达到减轻急性放射性阴道黏膜损伤的经验。对宫颈癌放疗患者均实施了阴道冲洗和按医嘱阴道用药、心理护理及健康宣教、饮食指导、促进阴道分泌物的排出及做好会阴部护理、执行好无菌操作5条护理常规,注重认真实施常规护理中每个细节护理,观察阴道黏膜损伤及用药情况。63例患者均顺利通过放射治疗,在放射治疗结束时阴道黏膜损伤1级50例,2级13例,无3级、4级损伤。
This paper summarized the nursing of 63 cervical cancer patients with acute radioactive vaginal mueosa injury. Vaginal douche, vaginal administration, psychological nursing, health education, diet guidance, promoting excretion of vaginal discharge, perineal care and strict aseptic operation were conducted among all the cervical cancer patients undergoing radiation. Great emphasis was put on details in nursing, vaginal mucosa injuries and vaginal administration. After the radioactive therapy, all the patients finished the therapy successfully. Of the total, fifty patients were with grade 1 vaginal mucosa injury and 13 grade 2 but no grade 3 and 4 occurred among patients.
