摘要
在IT系统运维管理工作中,最紧急和重要的就是保证系统的稳定运行。当系统出现故障时,如何快速地恢复系统的服务是企业运维管理部门的首要任务之一。本文通过分析IT系统运维管理要求和及时运维人员的工作模式,创新性地提出采用手机短信命令的方式,实现远程对服务器进行运维管理的懈决方案,解决了运维人员在不具备网络接入条件下无法对IT系统进行运维管理的问题。
Stability is the most important part of IT system operation management. How to restart service quickly from system failures is the priority mission of IT operation management service department. The requirements of IT OMS and specialists＇ working pattern were analyzed, and the solution of remote operation on the server with SMS was put forward innovatively. The problem that specialists cannot provide IT operation management service without access to the Internet has been solved.
