巨噬细胞对结核分枝杆菌免疫反应的研究进展 被引量:6

摘要 巨噬细胞是结核分枝杆菌感染人体后的主要寄居场所。细胞介导的免疫反应是机体抗结核分枝杆菌的主要免疫保护机制,巨噬细胞通过吞噬、自噬、抗原提呈、产生多种细胞因子、自由基,以及细胞凋亡等多种途径杀灭结核分枝杆菌。笔者就巨噬细胞对结核分枝杆菌的免疫反应机制做一综述。 Macrophage is the main host cell of Mycobacterium tuberculosis in the body. Cell mediated im- mune response is the main immune protection mechanism in body anti - Mycobaeterium tuberculosis. Macrophage kills Mycobacterium tuberculosis through phagocytosis, autophagy, presenting antigens, producing a variety of cyto- kines and free radicals, apoptosis and many other ways. This article reviews the research progress on immune re- sponse of macrophage to Mycobacterium tuberculosis.
