摘要
探讨新型纺纱方法和环锭纺纱新技术。通过分析目前相对成熟且具有代表性的新型纺纱方法的成纱原理、成纱结构特点及性能、产品开发情况和环锭纺纱技术的改进与创新、纺纱工艺及性能特点等,提出:将突破传统环锭纺纱加捻卷绕方式的新型纺纱技术统称为新型纺纱方法,如转杯纺、喷气纺、喷气涡流纺和摩擦纺等;而基于环锭纺的纺纱技术创新与改进则应称为环锭纺纱新技术,如集聚纺、赛络纺、赛络菲尔纺和包芯纺、缆型纺、嵌入式复合纺和扭妥纺。认为:不论是哪种纺纱方法或纺纱新技术,其发展最终取决于是否能够开发出有特色、有市场、有生命力的产品。在未来的纺纱技术市场,各种纺纱方法以及纺纱新技术将会长期共存,出现相互补充、相互渗透、共同发展的格局。
New spinning method and ring spinning new technology were discussed. Current relatively mature and representative new spinning method was analyzed including spinning principle, yam structure and property, product devel- opment situation, ring spinning technology modification and innovation, spinning processing and property. The resuh shows that new spinning technology that broke traditional ring spinning twisting and winding styles can be called new spinning technology collectively, such as rotor spinning, air jet spinning, air jet vortex spinning and friction spinning, and spinning technology innovation and modification based on ring spinning can be called ring spinning new technology, such as condensed spinning, siro spinning, sirofil spinning, core spinning, cable spinning, embedded composite spinning and new-torque spinning. It is considered that either spinning method or spinning new technology,its development ultimately depends on whether developing distinctive, marketable and vital product. In future spinning technology market, each kinds of spinning method and spinning new technology will exist for a long time, complement, interpenetration and development together.
