摘要
信息消费是一个涵盖消费者、企业、产业或产业集群、区域或国家等多层次的概念,促进多层次信息消费的协同与配合并以此推动各层次主体构建必要的信息化动态能力与改善信息化运作能力,将是驱动我国传统产业转型升级的重要途径。信息消费应有科学、合理的规划与有效实施,避免错位与浪费,要以切实有助于企业及相关主体构建信息化动态能力及改善信息化运作能力作为评判标准来确立其发展方向与重点领域,同时也应积极推动产业转型升级与信息消费的主动对接,以拓展信息消费的深度与广度,最终目标是实现信息消费与产业转型升级的深度融合与互促发展。
Information consumption is a multi-level concept which involves consumer level, enterprise level, industry/ industrial cluster level and region/state level. In order to drive Chinese traditional industry transformation and upgrading, it is very important to promote the synergy and coordination of multi-level information consumption and further push forward the development of informationalized dynamic capabilities and operational capabilities. Scientific and reasonable planning and effective implementation is necessary to information consumption. For avoiding mismatch and waste, the development direction and key area of information consumption must be decided in the light of whether contributing to the development of informationalized dynamic capabilities and operational capabilities or not. Meanwhile, it is also very important to promote active mating industry transformation and upgrading with information consumption and further expand the depth and breadth of information consumption.
