摘要
采用浸泡、极化曲线和电化学阻抗谱等方法研究了库尔勒土壤模拟溶液中HCO3-,Cl-及SO42-等阴离子对X80钢腐蚀行为的影响。结果表明,在HCO3-溶液中分别加入Cl-,SO42-后,X80钢的腐蚀速率明显增大,且Cl-比SO42-对X80钢腐蚀速率的促进作用更强;在HCO3-溶液中同时加入Cl-和SO42-后,两种离子对腐蚀速率的促进作用大于Cl-或SO42-单独时的作用,但低于两者单独添加时促进作用的加和。
Effects of anions in Korla soil simulated solution on corrosion behaviors of X80 pipeline steel were investigated using immersion test, polarization curves and clectrochemical impedance spectroscopy. The results showed that Cl and SO42 added respectively in HCO3 solution increased the corrosion rate of X80 steel. Moreover, the role of Cl in promoting corrosion rate was more obvious than that of SO4Z . When Cl and S(),z2 were added togther into HCOa solution, the corrosion rate of X80 steel was bigger than that when Cl or SO4^2- was added respectively, but the promoting effect of both ions on corrosion rate was lower than the sum value of Cl and SO4^2- .
