摘要
初步探索了在PP PA6挤出共混过程中加入聚氨脂预聚物 ,通过就地形成CTC -IPN实现增容 .研究结果表明 ,聚氨酯预聚物可以改善PP PA6共混体系的相容性 ,使PA6分散度增加 ,提高了共混物的力学性能 .聚氨酯预聚物在增容的同时 ,又可作为弹性体增韧 ,使共混物的冲击强度大幅度增加 .聚氨酯预聚物增容PP PA6共混物时 ,预聚物的用量不宜过大且受预聚物结构的影响 .
The compatibilization of polyurethane prepolymer on PP/PA6 blend by the in situformation of IPN structure during melt extrusion was explored in this paper. The results showed that the addition polyurethane prepolyneer could improve the compatibility of PP/PA6 blend , and the particle size of dispersed phase PA6 became smaller. Polyurethane perpolymer could not only compatibilize, but also toughened PP/PA6 blend. The structure and the amount of polyurethane prepolymer had influence on the compatibilization.
