对于一个为政者来说，倘使让友情淹没了公法，最终淹没的可能是他的自身，倘使能在公法面前打破友情关，丢掉的可能是某个或某些”损友”收获的却是成千上万的“民心”
As public officials, they will get themselves engulfed if they get friendship to engulf public law, but will eventually win the recognition of the public even though they have possibly lost one or few 'bad friends' because of taking into their so-called friendship into no consideration in face of the challenge of public law.
