无骨折脱位型颈脊髓损伤17例手术治疗效果观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨无骨折脱位型颈脊髓损伤手术治疗效果。方法回顾性分析17例采用手术治疗的无骨折脱位型颈脊髓损患者的临床资料,均行早期减压手术治疗,观察其疗效。结果本组患者术前JOA评分为(7.8±1.2)分,术后为(13.7±1.4)分,差异有统计学意义(<0.05);本组日本整形外科学会(JOA)评分平均改善率为62.2%,其中优5例,良7例,可3例,差2例,优良率为70.5%。结论对无骨折脱位型颈脊髓损伤及时正确的诊断以及对手术时机准确地把握,积极外科干预可取得较好的临床疗效。
