摘要
为适应市场发展的需求,针对不同的客户群,天地科技股份有限公司开采设计事业部提出了立足煤炭企业,以采矿技术优势为支撑,开发煤炭生产、技术、管理承包市场,进行工程技术和生产运营管理承包多样化的合作模式。以石窑店煤矿为实例,对现代煤炭企业的管理模式和生产运营承包合作模式的特点进行了探讨,分析了在现代煤炭企业推广生产运营合作承包的合作模式的优势和项目运营管理的关键。
Based on the long-wall mining conditions of Sihe coal mine,where the 6. 2m coal seam is extracted for one-step,the loading characteristics of the pre-driven recovery room were studied through the on-site measurement method,and the measurement contents included vertical stress of surrounding rocks,roof-to-floor closure,support resistance and roof separation. The measurement data showed the strata reaction and front abutment movement can be divided into four stages,i. e. stable stage,accelerating stage,sharp stage and abrupt stage.
