高抽采率快速抽采条件下立井揭煤防突技术研究

摘要 为保障高瓦斯矿井立井安全揭煤,以潘三矿深部进风井13-1煤组为例,采取了主动快速测压技术分析煤层突出危险性,提出了扇形密集钻孔抽采煤层瓦斯的区域防突技术措施,通过考察:2d即可获得煤层瓦斯压力;仅抽采42d,煤层瓦斯预抽率达到52.8%,测得残余瓦斯压力为0.3MPa、残余瓦斯含量为4.3454m3/t;待掲煤层防突效果显著,可实现安全、高效、快速揭煤的目标。 In order to ensure safety in shaft uncovering coal,taking deep air shaft uncovering 13-1 coal group of Pansan Colliery as an example,applying fast measuring pressure technology to analyzing outburst danger,the technology of draining methane with sector intensive boreholes was put forward. Application effect showed that methane pressure could be reached only in 2 days and methane drainage ratio reached 52. 8% within 42 days,residual methane pressure was 0. 3MPa and residual methane content was 4. 3454 m3/ t,outburst prevention effect was prominent and the goal of safety,high-efficiency and fast uncovering coal was realized.
