摘要
运用费米统计理论导出了谐振子势阱中理想费米气体所满足的薛定谔方程,并通过分离变量法求解得到能量本征值。在此基础上,采用数值求解研究了谐振子势阱中理想费米气体的化学势性质,探讨了温度、粒子数对化学势的影响。
Abstract :Schrodinger equation of the mesoscopic Fermi gas in a harmonic trap is educed by using Femi statis- tics theory. And the energy eigenvalue is derived by using separation of variables. Based on the derived ex- pressions, the chemical potential of mesoscopic Fermi gas in a harmonic trap is studied under numerical solu- tion. The effects of temperature and particle number on the chemical potential are discussed.
