摘要
本文提出了在碘酸钾和硫酸存在下,用结晶紫─亚硝基R盐的分光光度法测定痕量锡。结晶紫、亚硝基R盐与锡缔合物的最大吸收峰位于560nm处,表观摩尔吸光系数为1.68×106L·mol-1·cm-1,在0~24μgSn(iv)/L范围内遵守比耳定律,组成摩尔比为CV:Sn:R=5:1:3。
A new sensitive colour reaction of spectrophotometry system in a sulphuric acid shlution been developed. The ion-association complex exhibits maximun absorption at 560nm. With an apparent molar absorptivity of 1. 68 ×106L· mol -1、cm-1. Beer's Law is obeyed the range of 0~24μ g· L-1 for Sn(iv). The molar ration of the componets of CV: Sn: R=5: 1: 3.
