COX-2与结直肠癌关系的研究进展 被引量：8

摘要 结直肠癌（colorectal cancer,CRC）是欧美发达国家高发的肿瘤之一,在美国CRC的病死率高居恶性肿瘤第2位[1]。在我国,随着社会经济的发展以及居民生活方式和饮食习惯的不断改变,CRC发病率和死亡率呈现出逐年上升的趋势,然而目前恶性肿瘤的治疗手段仍十分有限,
