摘要
消音座在核电阀门中是很特殊且重要的一个部件,主要起到消音和减震的作用。但是在试验中发现,消音座的存在增大了核电阀门的损失。文章对有消音座和没有消音座的核电阀门进行了全开状态下,不同压比的数值模拟。其中模化为1:3.5,工质采用压缩空气。通过对比两种阀门的总压损失系数,临界流量系数,流场矢量图,压力和速度云图等,研究了消音座总压损失、流量系数以及噪音和震动的机理。
Muffle is the important part in the nuclear power valve which reduces noise and valve shake. It's found that the energy loss of valve with muffle is amplified during the valve test. The paper compares with the valve which has muffle or not by numerical simulation, which the dimension of the test valve is as the 1:3.5 of the valve at the power plant. Compressed air is used as working material, and the valve works at conditions of full open and different pressure ratio. The paper discusses the reason of total pressure loss, flow rate factor, noise and valve shake by comparing the total pressure loss factor, critical flow rate factor, flow vector diagram, contour of the pressure and velocity.
