摘要
设计了液体折射率双线CCD的动态测量系统,采用尖劈状容器,利用激光垂直入射某一表面,从而实现在工作面固定入射角(等于尖劈状容器的内部顶角),再采用双CCD测量出射光线的角度,从而计算出液体的折射率.此装置结构简单、调整方便,可动态更换待测的液体,实现实时动态检测折射率.
According to the conventional measurement method of liquid refractive index, which u- sually adopt fixed incident angle or refractive angle, measure the another angle with some methods, and then calculate the liquid refractive index, a system of double CCD was designed for the real-time dynamic measurement of liquid refractive index. This system had the advantages of simple principle, convenient adjustment and real-time detection.
