摘要
港口门座起重机是港口物流中转中重要的装卸设备,其安全运行直接影响到港口企业的生产效率和工作人员的生命安全。要保证设备能正常使用和安全运行,设备使用过程中的状况评价是必不可少的。文中选择采用模糊综合评价方法对门座起重机的使用状态进行评价,通过统计检测数据确定港口门座起重机使用状况的主要影响因素;采用专家咨询法确定其评价指标;运用特尔斐法确定各评价指标的权重值,从而建立了港口门座起重机使用状况评价体系表。最终,将该方法应用于实例评价。
The port gantry crane is important handling equipment during transferring of port logistics, so its safe opera- tion has direct effect on production efficiency of port enterprises and life safety of workers. To guarantee normal service and safe running of the equipment, it＇s necessary to perform status evaluation for the equipment in service. The paper describes the evaluation for service condition of the gantry crane with the fuzzy comprehensive method, in order to determine major factors influencing the service condition of the port gantry crane through statistic test data; the evaluation index is deter- mined with the expert consultation method; the weighted value for each evaluation index is determined with Delphi Method, hence to build the evaluation form for service condition of the port gantry crane. The method is finally applied to practical e- valuation.
