新课程改革背景下幼儿园教学的困境及超越 被引量:3

摘要 幼儿园教学是将幼儿教育理念转化为教育实践的重要环节,良好的教学能促进教育目标的有效达成。在新课程改革背景下,幼儿园教学有了很大的转变,但仍然存在一些问题,主要体现在教学目标、内容、方法及过程上。对此,幼儿教师应明确幼儿园教学的定位,做到:着眼长远目标,为幼儿全面发展打基础;回归日常生活,让幼儿学习实用性知识;联系各个领域,为幼儿创设整合型课程;尊重幼儿本能,让幼儿潜能得以彰显。在此基础上使教学过程更加完善,以促进幼儿各方面的均衡发展。 Teaching in the kindergartens is an important llnk in turning early childhood education concepts into education practice. Good teaching can effectively promote education goals. Under the background of new ettrriculum reform, teaching in the kindergartens has changed a lot,but there are still some problems, mainly reflecting in the teaching goals,eontents,metheds and process. To solve these problems,teachers should clear the kindergarten teaching orientation, consider long- term development, provide a basis for children's overall development;return to daily life and let the children learn practical knowledge;link to every field to create integrated curriculum for young children;respect chil- dren's instinct to express and develop children's potential. Based on this, teaching process will be improved and children's balanced develop- ment will be promoted.
