摘要
为研究以采用脂肪酶NOVO435催化剂催化制备生物润滑油的相关技术,以地沟油为对象,选用脂肪酶NOVO435为催化剂,通过正交试验,对该催化剂在地沟油制备生物润滑油的工艺参数上进行探讨。研究结果表明,催化剂制备生物润滑油的最优工艺条件为:油醇摩尔比1∶6、催化剂用量为油质量的1%、反应温度65℃,反应时间21 h;酯交换反应转化率最高可达92.93%。该生物润滑油的成分是由9-十八碳烯酸丁酯、十六酸丁酯、十八酸丁酯、9-二十碳烯酸丁酯等组成。其中脂肪酸丁酯中的9-十八碳烯酸丁酯含量最高,相对质量分数高达48.3%。
For the study of related technologies that using lipase NOVO435 catalyst to catalyze biological lubricant, we choose the waste oils as an object and use NOVO435 lipase as catalyst. Through orthogonal experiment, we discussed the process parameters on the catalyst catalyzing waste oils to biological lubricants. The results showed that the catalyst preparation of biological lubricants optimum conditions are: oil molar ratio of 1 ; 6 alcohol, catalyst amount to 1% of the oil mass, reaction temperature 65 ~C, reaction time 21 h; transesterification conversion rate to a maximum up to 92.93 %. The bio-oil composition is from 9 - octadeccnoic acid ester, palmitic acid ester, stearic acid butyl 9 - eicosenoic butyl and other components, where in the fatty acid ester, 9 - octadecenoic acid ester takes tip the most part, relative content of up to 48.3 %.
