摘要 温度控制系统是时变、非线性、多干扰的复杂系统,传统PID算法含有积分环节,导致系统响应缓慢,累积误差大。该文通过对婴儿恒温箱的机理分析,建立数学模型,结合PID算法和模糊控制技术,设计出基于模糊自适应PID的车载婴儿恒温箱。实验结果表明,模糊自适应PID控制较传统PID控制,系统控制精度高,稳定性好,动态响应速度快,抗干扰能力强。 Temperature control system is a time - variant, non - linear and multi - disturbance com- plex system, traditional PID algorithm with integral part, resulting in a slow system response, large accu- mulated error. In this paper, the control system of vehicle - mounted infant incubator is analysed, ac- cording to which the mathematical model is constructed. Furthermore, an optimized design of vehicle - mounted infant incubator based on fuzzy adaptive PID is presented, combined with PID algorithm and fuzzy control technology. The experimental result shows that the proposed system is more precision, more stability, faster in dynamic response speed, and the anti -jamming ability is better than the traditional PID control.
