摘要
促进新生代农民工融入城市,实现"城市梦",就是共建共享和谐现代社会。各级政府部门及社会组织应在心理、文化、法律等方面为新生代农民工提供具体指导帮助,为他们创造更多就业机会。同时,应关注新生代农民工同工同酬、社会保障、住房等问题,对他们的"城市梦"加强调研,并帮助他们实现"城市梦"。
To promote migrant workers＇ integration into city and realizing their ＂city dream＂, it is the way of building up harmo- nious society. The governments at all levels and social organizations should provide legal, cultural and psychological guidance and assistance for the new generation of migrant workers, and create more employment opportunities for them. At the same time, the problems of equal pay for equal work, social security, housing and others of migrant workers should be paid attention.
