摘要
党的十八大首次提出建设学习型、服务型、创新型党组织的总要求,给企业党组织建设指明了方向。工会组织是党领导下的工人阶级群众组织,是党联系职工群众的桥梁和纽带。新形势下,创新基层党建工作,充分发挥推动发展、服务群众、凝聚人心、促进和谐的作用,以党的基层组织建设带动其他各类基层组织建设,是十八大向基层党组织提出的一项重要任务。
The 18th CPC National Congress Report puts forwards firstly that to build up the learning,servicing and innovating Party organization.As the mass organization under the leadership of the Party,trade union is the bridge and the link between the Party and the mass.Under the new situation,grass-roots party organizations should innovate work and drive the development of other grass-roots organizations.
