摘要
叙述了唐山钢铁公司一小型厂微机控制钢筋轧后控冷工艺线的设计特点,介绍了微机系统程序模块的编制和数学模型的解析思路,探讨了目标自回火温度与工艺参数的关系。试生产证明该工艺线设计合理,用微机实时地调节水量将自回火温度控制在±15℃范围内可保证产品质量的稳定性。该工艺线生产的20MnSi,C20钢筋,不仅性能达到新Ⅲ级和BS4449-88标准,条形平直,而且经济效益较高。
The feature of controled cooling piccess for relled bar is discribed in this paper. It also describes the control program and the matheatical model construction of the micro-computer system. The paper discusses the relation between auto-tempering temperature and process parameters. The testing production has shown that the design of the processing line is all right. Under the controled conditions, the water flow rate can te adjusted itself and the auto-tempering temperature is controled within the range of ±15℃. It ensures a stable production and the processing line runs efficiently. Thus the products are smooth and straight, therefore attaining high quality. The property of the reinforced bar 20Mn Si, C 20 conforms to net only the new Ⅲ class but also BS 4449-88 standard.
