摘要
目的：观察异丙嗪联合丹参川穹嗪注射液治疗眩晕的临床疗效。方法：选取276例眩晕患者随机分两组：对照组124例，予以丹参川穹嗪10～15ml加入5％葡萄糖注射液或生理盐水250ml静脉滴注；治疗组152例，予以异丙嗪25mg肌肉注射＋丹参川穹嗪10～15ml加入5％葡萄糖注射液或生理盐水250ml静脉滴注，分别在注射开始后30min、45min、60min、90min给予疗效评定，比较两组临床症状的缓解情况。结果：治疗组治疗后30min、45min、60min、90min总有效率分别为29．61％、50．66％、78．95％、90．13％，与对照组相比较，治疗组的治疗效果明显好于对照组（P〈0．01）。结论：异丙嗪联合丹参川穹嗪注射液，能有效地改善眩晕患者的临床症状。
Objective：To observe the clinical effect of promethazine combined with Danshen Ligustrazin injection in the treatment of vertigo. Method：276 patients with vertigo were randomly divided into two groups： 124 cases in the control group,Danshen Ligustrazin for 10- 15 rnl in 5 % glucose injection or saline 250 ml intravenous drip, 152 cases in treatment group, be promethazine 25 mg intramuscular injection and Salvia miltiorrhiza was 10b 15 ml in 5% glucose injection or saline 250 ml vein drip,respectively,in the start of injection 30 minutes,45 minutes,60 minutes,90 minutes to the curative effect evaluation,compared with two groups of clinical symptom remission. Result：After treatment for 30 minutes, 45 minutes,60 minutes,90 minutes, the total effective rate were 29.61%,50. 66% ,78. 95%, 90. 13%, compared with the control group, the therapeutic effect of the treatment group is better than control group （P〈0. 01）. Conclusion：Promethazine combined with Danshen Ligustrazin injection,clinical symptoms improved vertigo patients.
