摘要
重症SLE患者病情凶险,累及多器官,危及患者的性命。大剂量的糖皮质激素冲击治疗方法,能发挥快速抑制免疫的作用,有效控制重症SLE,但同时也会带来诱发加重感染等副作用。本文对糖皮质激素冲击治疗SLE的利与弊进行综述。
Severe systemic lupus erythematosus （SLE） patients face to multiple organs damage and potentially life-threatening. High doses of glucocorticoids ＂pulse treatment＂ induces immunosuppressive rapidly to control se- vere SLE effectively , but at the same time high doses of glucocorticoids also induces or aggravates infection of side effects. The advantages and disadvantages of high doses of glucocorticoids ＂pulse treatment＂ SLE was reviewed in this paper.
