摘要
目的建立斑秃搽剂中米诺地尔的含量测定方法。方法采用岛津VP-ODS C18色谱柱（4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm）;流动相：甲醇-水（40∶60）;流速：1.0 ml·min-1;检测波长：287 nm;柱温：35℃。结果米诺地尔在0.2024~1.012mg·ml-1范围内呈良好的线形关系（r=0.9999）,平均加样回收率为98.32%,RSD为0.6%（n=5）。结论本方法准确,灵敏度高,重复性好,可用于斑秃搽剂的含量测定。
Objective To establish a method for determination of minoxidil in Bantu liniments. Methods SHIMADZU VP-ODS C 18（4. 6 mm × 150 mm,5 μm） was used. The mobile phase consisted of methanol-water（40∶ 60）. The flow rate was 1. 0 ml·min-1. The UV detection wave length was 287 nm at a column temperature of 35 ℃. Results A good linear relationship of minoxidil was observed within the range of 0. 2024-1. 012 mg·ml-1（r =0. 9999）. The average recovery was 98. 32% with an RSD of 0. 6%（n = 5）. Conclusion This method is accurate,sensitive and repeatable,which can be used for determination of Bantu liniments.
