摘要
水性环氧富锌防腐涂料取代传统溶剂型富锌涂料已经在国内原油储罐涂装工程上有着广泛应用,以大连长兴岛原油储罐项目为例,介绍了水性环氧富锌涂料的特点、性能及施工工艺,说明了水性环氧富锌涂料不但具有优异的防腐性能、VOC低,而且施工方便,具有较好的发展前景。
Waterborne epoxy zinc-rich anti-corrosion coatings is widely used on domestic crude oil storage tanks to replace the traditional solvent-based zinc-rich coatings. This article discussed the crude oil storage tank projects on Dalian Changxing Island. Through case study, the characteristics, properties and application process of waterborne epoxy zinc-rich anti-corrosion coatings are introduced. It indicates the waterborne epoxy zinc-rich coating has excellent corrosion resistance, low VOC and easy application properties with wide application aspects.
