摘要
提出一种新的流化床与浸入表面间传热的数学模型:表面-颗粒-乳化团传热模型。与此模型相配合,还建立了固体粒子在表面上的填充密度的随机统计模型。在此基础上,进一步提出并发展了流化床与水平浸入管间传热的数学模型。模型所给出的流化床与表面间的换热系数,特别是沿水平浸入圆管表面局部换热系数的变化规律能很好地与实验数据相一致。
A new model, surface-particle-emulsion heat transfer model (SPEM) is presented. And also a stochastic model of particle packing density on the sutface is developed. Based on the SPEM, this paper develops another new model of heat transfer between the bed and the immersed horizontal tube.The models' predictions for heat transfer coefficient between fluid bed and surface and for local heat transfer coefficient around the tube are satisfactory in agreement with the data obtained in experiment.
