柳林地区煤层气水平井排采技术分析 被引量:11

摘要 煤层气水平井多采用裸眼完井方式,在煤层中进尺多,增大煤层中渗流面积,更利于煤层气解析,提高产气量。水平井产液量、产气量和煤粉产量都要高于采用常规压裂的直井。中联煤层气有限责任公司(以下简称中联公司)在柳林区块累计投产4口煤层气多分支水平井,其中3口井最高产气量达到15000m3/d以上,开发效果较好,为国内开发中阶煤质的煤层气提供了可靠的依据。本文首先介绍传统水平井的排采工艺,然后提出煤粉卡泵和井底流压的精细控制是煤层气井生产过程遇到的主要问题,并通过增加水平井注水工艺和远程监控自动化控制两个方面解决困难,在柳林区块现场实际应用情况表明该工艺技术满足煤层气水平井排采的要求。 Open-hole completion is usually adopted in CBM horizontal wells. It can increase the footage and the flow area in the coal seams which is benefit for CBM disruption and production increase. The pro- duction volume of fluid, CBM and coal powder of horizontal wells are higher than those of vertical well a- dopting conventional fracturing method. China United CoMbed Methane United Co. , Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as CUCBM) drilled four multilateral horizontal wells in Liulin Block which have been put into operation. The maximum production of three wells exceeded 15000m3/d, which provides reliable refer- ence for domestic CBM development in medium rank coal seams. The paper introduces the recovery process of traditional horizontal wells, and puts forwards that the precise control of sticking pump by coal powder and flowing pressure of bottom hole are the key problems in CBM well production, which can be solved by adding the water injection process in horizontal wells and the remote monitoring and automatic control. The practice in Liulin Block proves that the processes can fulfill the requirements of CBM recov- ery in horizontal wells.
