摘要
准确把握传统聚落区居民低碳意识状况对于传统聚落资源保护、低碳社会建设、低碳经济发展等具有重要意义。该文选取湖南省张谷英村为例,通过实地访谈、问卷调查、统计分析等方法,系统分析了研究区居民低碳认知、居家低碳、出行低碳及低碳消费等现状。针对存在的问题,从居民生活习惯、信息来源、社会宣传教育、政府引导等方面分析了其中的原因,并从加大宣传教育力度、营造低碳氛围;加大对低碳建设投入等方面提出了提升传统聚落区居民低碳意识的对策与建议。
To grasp accurately the situation of the resident low-carbon awareness in the traditional settlement district has great significance to protect the traditional settlement resources,low-carbon-society building and low-carbon economic development. Taking Zhangguying Village of Hunan Province as a case study,by using the methods of field interview,questionnaire investigation and statistics analysis,the paper analyzed the current situation of the resident low-carbon of cognition,household,travel and consumption.To the existed problems,the paper analyzed the reasons from the aspects of the resident life habits,information sources,social publicity education and government guidance.The paper proposed some countermeasures and suggestions to upgrade the resident low-carbon awareness in the traditional settlement district from the aspects of strengthening the publicity education,creating the low-carbon atmosphere,carrying out the low-carbon environment protection practical activities,making relevant legal regulations for supervision,increasing input to the low-carbon construction and playing the role of the leadership of the government.
